Homeland Security Grant Application

Please read prior to initiating the on-line application process.

The following application process may be used for the request of funding through the State Homeland Security Grant Program specifically for the State Homeland Security Grant - Law Enforcement set aside. Applicants are required to submit the requested information for a project to the Franklin County Office of Homeland Security and Regional Communications. Project applications can be submitted via email or US mail. Questions in reference to guidance or application may also be directed to this office.

Continue an Existing Application or View a Completed Application:

I have been given an Application Number by the Homeland Security Grant Application Form. I have already started an application and would like to continue filling it out on-line, or I have completed my application and would like to view its status on-line.
